Emma & Suzanne ~ Yoga and Gong healing sound bath

LET GO... be guided down from a busy or doubting head into breath and body... I’m delighted to say that myself and Suzanne will be bringing together a Mindful movement, Yin & Restorative Yoga followed by a healing gong bath journey. 💫🧘‍♀️


These sessions are a wonderful opportunity to let go and to just simply be, just come along and let us take care of you. 

I will be guiding you through some gentle stretches & joint work getting the body moving with mindful movement followed by some Yin & Restorative Yoga to get you ready for a yummy gong/healing sound journey, so you can go further inwards and to uplift your body’s vibration.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.

Researchers have found that yoga outperformed aerobic exercise at improving balance, flexibility, strength, pain levels among seniors, menopausal symptoms, daily energy level, and social and occupation functioning, among other health parameters. Yoga does more than calm you down and make you flexible

Yoga increases mobility so that you can bring more ease to your movement and don't feel so stuck in your body. Physical activity increases the motility and mobility of the organs and muscles, allowing them to perform their natural detoxification process. Deep yogic breathing enhances the function of the lungs.


Suzanne is a passionate Sound Healer & Meditation Teacher who qualified in October 2019 with Shelia Whittaker, who is one of the world's leading Gong Practitioners. Suzanne uses various ancient healing instruments but specialises with the Gongs, and introduces various grounding instruments at the end of the session to gently guide you back into the space.  

The gongs work on all aspects of our being, our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The rich layers of sound which emanate from the gong affect every part of us, including the non-physical subtle energy bodies of the human auric field which are layered around the physical body that we can see in 3D. It is said that dis-ease begins in the subtle energy body, and only migrates to the physical after some time. Therefore, if we can remove blockages, imbalances and stagnant energy in the energy body before it manifests in the physical, we can prevent illness and keep ourselves healthy, as well as re-tuning and harmonising every part of our physical being. On the emotional level, the gong sounds have a clearing effect and help to shift old patterns and bring up and clear out old emotional issues and trauma, so that we can move on. Mentally, the gong sounds help to move our focus from the logical left brain into the creative right side of the brain, where we connect with our intuitive power and receive guidance from that central source.


We will end the workshop with some nourishing & grounding home cooked Vegan food, soft drink and a chance to chat.
