It is the responsibility of the Customer to make the instructor aware of any contraindications when they initially start participating in classes with ELM Yoga and before the start of a class for anything the instructor is not already aware of.
Classes start promptly at the advertised times. Members need to arrive at the Studio with enough time to change and enter the yoga studio before the class starts. Members arriving at reception once the instructor has started class will not be allowed to attend that class and the door will be locked.
All lost and left property will be kept on site for up to 1 month after which time it will be disposed of.
Classes are always subject to availability but at ELM Yoga we will always do our best to accomodate you in your chosen class.
A minimum of 3 people for a weekday class and 5 people for a weekend are required for a class to go ahead.
All classes must be prepaid and customers agree to our 24hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. So if you're booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than the 24 hour's notice, you will be charged for it.
