Kerryann is a health professional by background and has been working across physical and mental health services in occupational therapy for 13 years.

She teaches occupational therapy at the university and therefore she have a good understanding of anatomy/physiology, medical conditions, limitations and adaptations.

She have been practicing yoga for 20 years, as well as practising ViniYoga over the last 6 years with on me of her main teachers.

Kerryann completed a 200hr Yoga teacher training accreditation in Bali, focusing on Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. She has also had trainings in Yin Yoga and restorative Yoga.

She has taught meditation and breath work in mental health settings.
